Into the Wild 2026: Crowned Raids, Dynamax Debuts, and Silver Bottle Caps

KUKJIN LEE·October 17, 2026

For Into the Wild, prioritize Crowned Sword Zacian and Crowned Shield Zamazenta Energy, Dynamax debuts, and GO Pass rewards including a Silver Bottle Cap according to your account’s needs before GO Wild Area: Global.

Raids, Max Battles, and the pass have different entry and reward conditions. Review what is missing before buying or allocating passes: Crowned Energy, a Dynamax collection entry, or a suitable Hyper Training target.

Event Dates and Crowned Raid Preparation

Crowned raid bosses and their Energy requirements

Main Window and Raid Hours

Into the Wild runs November 9, 10 a.m.–November 13, 2026, 8 p.m.. The GO Pass and some bonuses continue later. For North American play, use the officially announced local-time windows below, not simultaneous Korean clock times.

Activity Local Date and Time
Main event November 9, 10 a.m.–November 13, 8 p.m.
Crowned Sword Zacian Raid Hour November 9, 6–7 p.m.
Crowned Shield Zamazenta Raid Hour November 10, 6–7 p.m.
GO Pass point earning November 9, 10 a.m.–November 15, 6 p.m.
GO Pass reward claim cutoff November 17, 11:59 p.m.

The Crowned forms are not restricted only to those one-hour windows. Their designated Raid Hours concentrate opportunities within the wider event lineup. Coordinate a route and group first.

The Two Crowned Energy Types Are Separate

Zacian raids yield Crowned Sword Energy, and Zamazenta raids yield Crowned Shield Energy. Plan for the resource needed by your target.

Goal Key Initial Requirement
First Crowned Sword Zacian change Zacian with Iron Head; 1,000 Crowned Sword Energy
First Crowned Shield Zamazenta change Zamazenta with Iron Head; 1,000 Crowned Shield Energy

Also read the full form-change screen, including Candy costs. Calculate the gap between your current Energy and the requirement rather than assuming every raid gives a fixed amount and promising an exact run count.

After changing that individual Pokémon once, it can change again without spending Energy. Crowned forms have trading and Pokémon HOME transfer restrictions.

Which Crowned Form Should You Prepare First?

Consider Zacian for an attacking role and Zamazenta for defensive support. Both can enter Max Battles without Dynamaxing, broadening their use.

Returning players can prepare one actual team member and its moves before powering up several. If one form is already ready, the other Energy type may fill a more useful gap.

The Remote Raid limit rises to 30 per day November 9–13 and is removed November 14–15. A higher participation cap does not grant free passes. Budget the passes separately.

Dynamax Regidrago and Meltan Have Different Routes

Regidrago and Meltan with different Dynamax encounter routes

Regidrago From Max Battles; Meltan From the GO Pass

The two new Dynamax targets are obtained differently: Regidrago from five-star Max Battles; Meltan from GO Pass rewards. The ordinary Mystery Box is not the event’s Dynamax Meltan route.

Target Route or Date
Dynamax Registeel Five-star Max Battles, November 11
Dynamax Regidrago Five-star Max Battles, November 12
Dynamax Latias and Latios Five-star Max Battles, November 13
Dynamax Meltan GO Pass reward encounter

The scheduled five-star bosses also feature during 6–7 p.m. local time on their listed date. Do not assume the complete lineup is present every day.

Coordinate Roles Before Spending Resources

Look beyond CP. Attacking, surviving between Max phases, and supporting recovery can call for different preparation.

Start here:

  1. Choose the boss date and your group.
  2. Check eligible Pokémon and required moves.
  3. Review Candy, Stardust, and Max Particles.
  4. Agree on roles, then fill the team’s gaps.

Upgrading an entire new team for each boss quickly consumes resources. Decide what your group needs first.

Featured Attacks and Special Backgrounds

Announced attacks include Registeel’s Metal Claw, Regidrago’s Dragon Breath, Latias’s Mist Ball, and Latios’s Luster Purge. A featured list does not mean every entry is a new or exclusive move.

Successful catches from the featured five-star raids and five-star Max Battles can have a new Special Background. It is a chance, not a guaranteed result.

Mystery Box bonuses also allow a chance at Shiny non-Dynamax Meltan with a shorter reuse wait. Remember Dynamax Meltan from the pass; ordinary Meltan from the Mystery Box.

Silver Bottle Cap and Deluxe Decisions

Silver Bottle Cap training and pass reward conditions

One Stat, With Tasks to Complete

A Silver Bottle Cap is a single-use item that starts Hyper Training for one chosen Attack, Defense, or HP stat. It does not immediately maximize all three; progress requires the selected course’s tasks.

The target must be at least a Good Buddy and be set as your buddy for progress. Shadow Pokémon and Pokémon already perfect in all three stats are excluded.

A 15/15/14 Pokémon could be an HP-training candidate, while several missing stats require more than one course. First ask whether you will use the Pokémon and which stat actually needs improvement.

Use Deadline Versus Course Deadline

Condition Rule
This pass’s Bottle Cap use deadline November 22, 11:59 p.m. local time
Complete training after use Within 365 days of starting
Another use on the same Pokémon Possible after completing its previous course
Pokémon HOME after Hyper Training Transfer unavailable

You cannot simply leave the item unused for 365 days. Use it before its expiry, then complete the started course within its separate limit. Claiming late does not extend item expiry.

Be careful with CP-capped GO Battle League candidates. Raising IVs can raise CP above the league cap; higher numbers are not automatically better for the intended role.

Free Track Versus Deluxe

The free pass includes Dynamax Meltan. The Silver Bottle Cap is a Deluxe reward requiring pass progress, not an immediate gift for paying.

Free-track Rank 25 halves hatch distance for Eggs placed in Incubators during the event. Deluxe milestones add battle XP, Max Particle savings for Max Moves, and Candy-related benefits. Read the rank conditions before purchasing.

Choose a training target and realistic playtime first. If uncertain, begin free and reassess; upgrading later retains access to already-earned Deluxe-track rewards.

FAQ

Are Into the Wild and GO Wild Area: Global the Same Event?

No. They connect, and some windows overlap, but Pokémon, tickets, and bonus eligibility do not all carry over automatically.

Can I Get Dynamax Meltan Without Deluxe?

Yes. Check the encounter’s free-track rank and earn the necessary points.

Are Shinies or Special Backgrounds Guaranteed?

No. More attempts do not establish a guaranteed result. Set resource limits around your collection goals.

What Should I Prioritize With Little Time?

Missing Crowned forms suggest checking Energy first; Dynamax collecting suggests Regidrago’s date and Meltan’s pass rank. A Bottle Cap goal needs separate progress, claim, and use deadlines.

Choose two or three priorities, allocate the relevant resources, and follow the event at a pace your schedule supports.

Regional and version notes

This localization uses English Pokémon, move, and item names. Global schedules marked local time follow your play location; Korea-only events use KST and the Sendai event uses JST. Ended events are historical, not renewed reward offers. Tactical recommendations and upgrade priorities are editorial guidance, not guaranteed wins or live performance rankings. Dynamax Meltan comes from the GO Pass; the Mystery Box is a separate route. Higher Remote Raid caps do not supply Raid Passes.
