Hazel's Request: ended KMS event

How the search worked
- Log in on an eligible level-101-or-higher Lethe.
- Select Hazel's Request in the event list.
- Choose Participate to accept the quest.
- Receive the soft-looking feather and enter Lethe's mansion.
- Use the feather to locate the three hidden summons.
- Search the left corridor for Hazel.
- Finish the conversation, then claim the reward through the event list.
Putting the feather on a hotkey avoided repeatedly opening the Use inventory during the search.
Finding the summons
The source's route searched the mansion rooms and corridors. It cautioned that locations could differ by character, so its screenshots should not be treated as three guaranteed fixed coordinates.
A systematic sweep of one area before moving on helped avoid repeated checks. Use the feather near suspicious objects and locations rather than assuming ordinary interaction reveals a summon.
After finding all three summons, the route continued into the left corridor to locate Hazel.
The reward
Completion awarded one Hazelroid coupon, subject to the shared Maple ID claim limit.
| Item | Transfer and trade status |
|---|---|
| Hazelroid coupon | Transferable between your own characters within the same world |
| Hazelroid | Permanent; transferable between your own characters within the same world |
| Lithium Heart | Permanent and untradable |
Using the coupon supplied both Hazelroid and a Lithium Heart.
Claim-world and deadline details
The search required Lethe, but after completion another eligible level-101-plus non-Lethe character could claim the reward, including in another world. Zero additionally needed Story Chapter 2 complete. Claim eligibility and shared limits still applied.
Choose the reward world carefully: the coupon itself was only movable within that world. A Challenger World with no remaining character-leap allowance could not receive the reward under the official rules.
The reward had to be claimed by September 16, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. KST, and the coupon used before September 17 at 2:00 a.m. KST. A permanent reward item did not make its claim window permanent.
During the active event, a missing feather could be replaced by selecting Participate again before all targets were found. That recovery option is part of the archived event flow, not a currently available quest.
