Korean systems overview with Western release context · About these guides
Guardian Raids: Less Tracking and Clearer Combat
The Korean source groups several 2026 changes together. Western Guardian improvements arrived with March’s Ends of the Abyss, while Serca and the new farming activities followed in April’s The Shadows Rise. These systems have distinct rules.
• Tracking items: Guardians stay visible on the minimap and no longer move between areas, removing the need for Flares and Pheromone Essence. Other useful battle items and encounter preparation still matter; this is not the end of all battle-item use.
• Stagger: the redesign gives Guardians increased damage taken while staggered and a stacking vulnerability from successful Staggers. Do not substitute an unspecified large multiplier or confuse this with Serca’s separate Brawl mechanic.
• Readability: target HP information and fixed locations reduce tracking. Revive limits were removed for the affected Guardian content, but Trial Hanumatan retained exceptions. This does not grant unlimited revives in every raid or special challenge.
• Group flexibility: support-free parties can receive Combat Support, and solo/two-player HP scaling was adjusted. Scaling can also respond to party size changes. A support-free buff does not necessarily reproduce a support’s full contribution or remove the encounter’s failure conditions.

Bracelet Primary-Stat Adaptation
Strength, Dexterity, or Intelligence can adapt when a bracelet is listed or transferred to another character under the applicable rules. This does not make every bracelet tradable, bypass binding restrictions, or convert Crit, Specialization, and Swiftness into whichever combat stat you want.
Serca’s Brawl System Still Begins With Stagger
The boss is Serca, correcting the source’s inconsistent spelling. Its Brawl System is distinct from the Guardian redesign. The original instruction to forget Stagger is misleading: successfully staggering Serca can trigger entry into the dedicated Brawl space.
Brawl has three stages with their own conditions and a time limit, after which the party returns to the main arena. Learn the actual stage objectives and coordinate damage windows. The source’s speculative examples are not a complete strategy or proof that damage and Stagger no longer matter.
Shadow Skills as Battle Items
Shadow Skills can be crafted as battle items and used in eligible content beyond Shadow Raids. The source’s blanket claim that item level 1710 unlocks unrestricted use everywhere is not a complete rule; confirm the specific item and encounter restrictions.
The Western notes identify Shadow of Corvus Tul Rak and recipes tied to Serca Gate 2 achievements. Acquiring a recipe and crafting an item are separate steps. Check the recipe, materials, binding, and tooltip before putting it into a battle-item preset.

Chaos Rift and Haal’s Hourglass
These activities offer a linked route for characters meeting the 1730-related requirements. They are distinct from ordinary Chaos Dungeon, and item level does not replace their applicable unlock conditions.
• Chaos Rift uses Aura of Resonance and provides upper Tier 4 growth rewards, with character-bound honing materials. Sand of Trial can drop by chance; it is not guaranteed each day.
• Haal’s Hourglass is a timed boss encounter with a weekly entry limit. Sand of Trial enhances its clear reward, with a five-per-character carrying cap. The published rules consume owned sand on clear and exclude Lucky Monster rewards from that enhancement, so check your stock before entering.
Plan the two activities together when they fit your goals. The source’s daily-and-weekly outline is a useful starting point, rather than a promise of fixed sand drops, unlimited stockpiling, or a particular gold return. Use current regional activity panels for entry counts and reset times.
