Archived global preview · About these guides
Before global launch, the source discussed leaked claims about crafted-item trading, stepwise progression, and combat stats. Korean players were also concerned about whether those changes would affect existing investment.
A Korean soft reset was not confirmed by that material. This is an archived preview discussion, not a current global patch specification. The source's November/Korean implementation predictions remain separate from actual regional notices; launch itself has now happened.
Confirmed release information versus preview claims
NC announced a global launch for October 5, 2026, following the September 17–18 launch-scale test. Global is no longer an upcoming release. Those dates alone did not confirm the individual leaked systems below or their transfer to Korea.
| Evidence type | Subject | What it establishes |
|---|---|---|
| Official announcement | Global release and test schedule | The published schedule, not every rumored feature |
| Preview/leak claims | Crafting, stats, Smite, rewards, and Market changes | A historical account requiring comparison with the actual client |
| Prediction | Possible Korean adoption or a November Chapter 2 soft reset | No definite reset schedule established by the source |
The preview's proposed differences
This is the source's leak summary, not a complete comparison of today's Korean and global services.
| Topic | Claimed global change | Question to verify |
|---|---|---|
| Crafted equipment | Restrictions on selling finished pieces; lower-tier pieces used in succession crafting | How much progression can be bought versus developed |
| Potential | Reported use on crafted equipment | Which exact items qualify |
| Stats | Lower values, including Daevanion | Whether enemies and encounter pacing change too |
| Smite | Different access through pets and titles | Remaining sources and target resistance |
| Morphing | A guarantee mechanism for specified equipment | Eligible recipes and how progress accumulates |
| Wings | Complete items obtained from dungeons | Drop rates and enhancement-material supply |
| Market | Restrictions based on a trust score | How legitimate new and returning players gain and spend it |
The main question is the progression route, not one isolated number. If implemented as described, a system could place more weight on sequential play than purchasing finished equipment immediately.
Crafted-item trade and succession
Could intermediate steps matter more?
The preview says some finished crafted items would be restricted from sale and upgrades would consume lower-tier gear. That could change the balance between buying a finished item and gathering its development materials.
The source interprets that as reducing opportunities to skip progression through spending. Trade restrictions alone do not prove that outcome; tradable ingredients, fees, success rules, and paid products also matter.
Potential eligibility needs an item-level check
The claim that crafted pieces can use Potential fits the proposed long-term development path.
However, eligibility for crafted gear does not by itself prove dungeon gear is entirely excluded. The source mixed inference into that question. Verify each item's actual eligibility and which properties survive succession.
Lower stats and changed Smite sources
The source describes lower stats, including Daevanion, and interprets them as an attempt to make mechanics more relevant instead of overwhelming encounters with speed and damage.
That interpretation requires enemy HP, resistance, and mechanics to be considered too. Lower player stats alone could simply lengthen the same routine.
The preview also describes Smite reductions or removal from ordinary pet understanding and titles while keeping Special sources. Verify both the actual remaining sources and the target's resistance.
The source raised boss-resistance changes as a question, not a confirmed value. It does not establish that Smite is useless or prior pet progression has no value.
Guarantees and complete wing drops
The reported reward changes include a Morphing guarantee system, complete dungeon wing drops, and dungeon drops of Special pet crystals.
A guarantee can reduce long unlucky streaks only under its actual rules. The preview does not establish a verified counter, carryover method, or eligible recipe list.
Complete wing drops do not automatically mean easy acquisition. Drop rate and attempt cost matter, as does the reported change to enhancement materials from dismantling wings.
Changes to Skip Points and Stigma Shard sources could also alter daily or weekly routines. Compare actual quantities and eligibility before concluding the burden is lower.
Market trust and anti-bot intentions
The source describes a score gained through eligible Kinah spending and spent on Market use, with insufficient trust restricting access. This is a preview claim to compare with current regional rules, not a complete operating specification.
Such a design could make pure currency-transfer accounts less convenient to run. That is a possible mechanism, not measured proof of anti-bot success.
New-player access, returning-account treatment, and recovery relative to legitimate trading volume also matter. Those details determine inconvenience as well as enforcement value.
Did Korea announce a November soft reset?
The source's November/Chapter 2 connection was a prediction. Neither that source nor the regional notices reviewed here establish a confirmed schedule for the broad reset it describes. Check a later explicit Korean announcement before acting on the claim.
Here, “soft reset” means a change to relative gear value or the next progression target through system changes. It does not mean deleting every existing item.
The source expects Korea might adopt selected global improvements at a major update. Adoption of improvements, the exact treatment of invested stats, and a reset are different claims; one does not establish all three.
If a conversion is announced, inspect what happens to existing gear and materials, invested progression, and the difficulty of the new activities.
What a Korean player can check now
This preview alone is not a sound reason to liquidate equipment or assume a stat will lose its value. Follow three checks:
-
Region: Is the notice about a test, global live service, or Korea?
-
Existing investment: Are inheritance, exchange, and option-conversion rules actually published?
-
Full progression cost: Compare materials, attempts, rewards, and restrictions together.
The original question was whether global changes might improve Korea's progression experience. A leak list cannot answer that without the released specification and a Korean conversion policy.
Common questions
What differs between Korea and global?
This preview discusses crafting, Potential, stats, Smite, Morphing, and Market trust. Use it to identify questions; it is not a reliable substitute for a current regional comparison.
Is a Korean soft reset confirmed here?
No. It is a prediction, without a definite official reset schedule established in the source or notices reviewed.
Will every Korean item disappear in November?
That does not follow from the material. A system rebalance differs from deletion, and the November date itself was speculative.
Does global eliminate spending-based progression differences?
Trade limits could change how money affects progression, but ingredients, products, fees, and acquisition time must all be examined. The preview does not prove the gap disappears.
